The SCB site is a site about being a bike owner in the south west of the UK. SCB is produced by good guy, ex-journalist, editor, publisher and all-round decent bloke… Mark Pugh. The idea is to report any happenings, stories etc that interest me and possibly others who ride in Cornwall, Devon and nearby parts of the UK.
